As there are emails exchanged between my son and other kids, there are some conversations regarding this kind of warring between them, from the school email account. School informed the police regarding this misuse of the account and content, Police filed the complaint on my son and it didn't go to court but the complaint details, school record of my son and email exchange were sent to CT watch and Homeland security. Will it impact his immigration? while H4 extension or visa stamping or port of entry while travelling out of country? How can we clear these records from CT watch and Homeland security or police compliant? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
