lifeneedsvisa
We have a USC filling for spouse GC. Both of us are located in India. 1) Can the Beneficiary's income also be considered including the petitioner's income, while filling I-864? Both of our income is related to a client from US and should continue, even when we move there. 2)Our marriage certificate is currently laminated. Is it okay to use this? 3) The Petitioner has been living in India for 13 years, but has been filing US taxes, maintaining US bank accounts and Credit Cards. Is this good enough to maintain the domicile requirements? Thank you Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
1. Yes. 2. It should be. Maybe get another certificate from the Registrar and notarize it if you are worried. 3. Once a citizen, you are allowed to work and stay anywhere. No domicile requirement for a USC. Quote Link to comment
