ElegantPersona Posted December 21, 2023 Report Share Posted December 21, 2023 Hi, I'm at a time consuming full time Civil Engineering job and at a career point that I need to do some certifications or else no growth and No company willing to do I-140. I would like to resign my current job and I'm H1b and take the two months and apply COS by 55th day and complete my certifications within 5 months of B2 and move to old position or find a new job. I'm ready to take a risk worst case is going back to India that I'm ready for. Is it feasible in terms of visa transfer point of view. Can I change easily from H1b to B2 after resignation?
