H-1B Stamping with Dismissed Domestic Violence Case

The original case was dropped totally? Not even minute plea or something like that? 
Any guidance how this affects not just stamping but USCIS decisions?

My criminal lawyer is asking what the least that doesn’t create issue with immigration?

He took it at the interview. However it was returned in a couple of days with a 221g and a medical evaluation request slip

Do u know what questions where asked and what documents did you produce during the 221 g interview ? I am concerned about the police report and the narrative in it. I do have the court documents with me.

How do they know your email , via DS160 ? Also did the officer ask for police report ? Or u just submitted court and attorney letter? Pls advise on docs submitted that will immensly help
