I will be on OPT during that time. To elaborate, if my application is selected by March 31, the employer can file I129 within 90 days starting April. So I129 can be filed till June. If my employer files the same in May, can I travel to India in April? Is it recommended that I129 is filed as soon as possible or is May completely okay? Please guide me. Quote Link to comment
