rrg1 Posted October 3, 2023 Report Share Posted October 3, 2023 May 2022 --- H4 Extension and H4 EAD extension applied along with H1B extension application. Oct 2022 --- H4 EAD approved, H1 approved , H4 extension approved and then changed to RFE(no RFE letter received). Aug 2023 --- Travelled India and attended stamping for both H1 and H4 , Both approved and admitted into USA , with I94 of both until 2026. Oct 2023 --- Now the H4 -Ext case denied, saying no response on RFE . Now I have H4-Ext done from the consulate and H4-EAD from the USCIS before leaving to India,do I need to do anything ?are these still valid I want to make sure we are not incurrring any unauthorized stay or illegally working on EAD.
