Now we are planning to visit India for one year and come back. During this one year, can we leave our daughter (who is going to high school) in the USA with our relatives? Is this legal for H4 dependent to live in the USA without H1 applicant? Additionally, my wife is on H1B and her employer is suggesting her to work in India for one year as manager and come back so that they apply her GC in EB1. Will that work?
