Yesterday i got an email(embassy official website) informing that my VISA has been revoked. I'm still on my project and the project will go for another 3-4 months. My I797 is valid until 08/2025 and i have no clue why my VISA got revoked. What are my options here? Can we appeal against this revocation through my employer? How long i can stay here in USA? Can i find new employer to file my H1B? If so, should i wait until next year H1B lottery system? Can we apply the new H1B petition alone through my existing employer to continue to stay in USA to obtain the valid status? Please help Thanks Quote Link to comment
