Safa Fathima Posted September 25, 2023 Report Share Posted September 25, 2023 I applied for a change of status for my spouse from F2 to H4 visa on June 15, 2023 and got approved on June 23, 2023. I also filed another change of status from F2 to F1 visa on June 15, 2023 and got approved on July 25, 2023. Can I keep both visa and just get H4 visa stamped and enter USA? If No, I want to revoke status of F1 visa for my spouse, in order for H4 visa still be valid to go for stamping in India, will this work? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted September 26, 2023 Report Share Posted September 26, 2023 If your spouse wants to return in H4 status assuming you are in H1 status, he will need to go and first get the H4 visa and then return. Quote Link to comment
