A divorce & child support case is in progress with an Indian court. Now, my friend's child's US passport is expiring next month. We have the following questions: 1. Can we renew the US passport from India even after expiration? 2. Can the US passport be renewed from India with a single parent? I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can give us.
