KSwamy
Hello, For eligibility for naturalization, the requirements state that one must "have lived for at least three months in a state or USCIS district having jurisdiction over your place of residence" - does this mean the applicant needs to stay in the state where they are applying for 3 months immediately before applying or do they simply have had to live in the state for a 3-month period within the 5 years required to establish continuous residence? Thank you! Quote Link to comment
