rrahulreddy
Yes, you heard it right. I received two I-129 approvals from same employer. In my situation Employer filed two different H1B extensions for me, one is consular and another regular EOS application. Consular got approved first and I quickly used that to get my Visa Stamped. But now I got the second application approved as well but the change is in second I have additional six months of expiry time because it includes capturing H1B time outside of US. Can i use the second expiry date? If so do I need to do another Visa stamping. Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
At POE, (on your way back to US), show the second H1b approval and get an I-94 for the latest Date. Make sure your passport has a validity of at least one year to accommodate the latest approval date. Quote Link to comment
