Using H1b after 6years

i was in usa from 2014 to 2017 mid and i am back to india in 2017 mid

Now i want to check for the possibilities of utilizing my  unused visa time again

since its more than 6years i left usa,,does my h1 is still cap exempt and valid

experts  : please answer

You have a balance of 3 years left on your H1b.  If you have an employer willing to file a transfer, cap exempt, please go ahead.  Make sure this employer also starts your PERM and I-140 process.  Good Luck.
