I would like to transfer to a cap-subject employer B in the future. I understand that this can happen only after I am put through the lottery process. Let's say I get selected in the next H1B lottery and the new cap-subject employer B submits my petition for approval in April 2024. How early can I start working for the employer B? Do I have to wait until October 2024 or can I start earlier? Thank you! Quote
