Ehsan H Posted July 11, 2023 Report Share Posted July 11, 2023 I applied for citizenship after 5 years of being in US but I didn't know the rule about you can only apply after 3 months after you have changed your state of residency. I applied after 2 months and after the interview they denied my application. What are my options? It has mentioned I can request a hearing but I am not sure if that would be helpful in my case or I should simply apply again. Quote Link to comment
