H4 to H1 And H1 to H4 back And H4 to H1 again?

I came to USA last year on H4 visa and applied H1 Visa and got it approved through an employer. With the current job Market, I want to switch back to H4 as my project is going to end. Once I switch to H4 now , Can I Switch back from H4 to H1 again next year once the job market improved? Do I need to go through Lottery again or is it simple application process?

You can apply for COS to H4, once your project ends.  Next year, when you have a new job/project your employer will again file a COS and change you back to H1b.  Good Luck.

Thank you for the information. I will go for COS to H4 now. Next year, when I want to file a COS to H1 again, Should I have to go with my original employer only or Can I go with any employer?
