Arun 82 Posted June 28, 2023 Report Share Posted June 28, 2023 My mother entered US on B2 visa 5 months ago. Her I94 is expiring in 4 weeks. Her health deteriorated and she cannot travel alone. I have a friend who is planning to travel in 6 weeks to India is willing to have my mom travel with him and assist. Will overstaying 2 weeks will impact future travel? Or should I apply for I-539 to extend the visa? Quote Link to comment
