H1B petition expired and i140 is approved

Hi,

 

My h1b petition expired along with my visa and i94  one month back and currently, my h1b extension is in process with the same employer. My i140 is approved in 2020. In this scenario, am I eligible to switch a job and transfer my h1b to a new employer?
