Hawaii is a US State. Travel to Hawaii is the same as travel to New York, Texas, California, etc.

You mean you don't have an H1b visa, but you have H1b status. Yes, you can travel to any part of the US, including all states and territories except American Samoa, and it will be considered domestic travel, without the need for a visa.
