aa11 Posted June 8, 2023 Report Posted June 8, 2023 (edited) I have my I-140 approved from company A but I currently work for company B. My spouse works on H1B status with company C but their 6 years on H1B is about to expire and company C haven't started PERM processing yet. Can we file H4 COS along with H4 EAD for my spouse so that when it is approved they can continue working for company C until they get I140 approved and then file H1 COS again? Does my spouse need to travel out of the country or can this happen without the need for it? Edited June 8, 2023 by aa11 Quote
