Is H1B can be renewed with withdrawn I-140?

Recommended Posts

Hi, hope you are doing well. I have 1 qq, can you please help on this. My I-140 was approved by A company, after 1 and half year, I moved to B company and extension is approved. After i moved to B, A company was withdrawn my I-140 and B company didn't start PERM process yet. Now I need to go for my H1B extension. So can I use A company withdrawn I-140 for B company extension? If not, what options I have?
Appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

From your sentence I understand that you have worked with company A for 1 and half year AFTER your I-140 was approved.

To the best of my knowledge, I-140 cannot be withdrawn after six months, after its approval date (unless under very specific circumstances, which do not seem to exist here).  You should be good using company A's I-140 for company B's extension.  Good Luck
