Abhishek25252 Posted June 1, 2023 Report Share Posted June 1, 2023 Hello Experts, I moved to India in 2019 when I joined a new employer when I had approved I-140 with a priority date of Dec-2012 in the EB2 category filled in my previous job. Now I want to return to US and was wondering if all I need is a transfer of H1B to my new employer or I will have to fill a new H1B subject to the annual cap. Thanks Ammu Quote Link to comment
