H1B Transfer possible without started working for the initial sponsor?

Hello All, 

I am from Germany, and got my H1B stamped in Berlin and sponsored by company X. And visited USA last month and with immigration all went good. Before started my job, With in a week I had to go back to Germany due to family reasons. 

Now I found another interesting job in company Y in USA and they agreed to do the H1B transfer. 

 

In this case will there be any complications? 

 

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Since your H1 Visa is stamped, you are considered cap counted and can change H1 employers.

@pontevecchio thank you for your response. Is this also same, even I did not started working with Company X? Because I heard that I may need to submit the pay slips during the H1B transfer.
