Jayadev Posted May 12, 2023 Report Share Posted May 12, 2023 Hi Sir/Madam, We got petition copy approved in 2022 and attended interview on April 10th 2023. But the consulate person gave 221(g) slip and said administrative processing . After few weeks we received refusal letter. When we checked with the consultant he is saying he will transfer the application to another consultancy and arrange an interview as it has 30 days time to the employer to give explanation to USCIS. He said he will apply for premium processing. Is it really possible to apply like that. Can we trust this process. Quote Link to comment
