When we attended interview we got 221(g) and after few weeks we received refusal letter. My consultant is telling that he will transfer the application to other consultancy and apply premium.He is asking premium amount to be paid by us. He is saying same application can be used as there will 30 days time period for him getting the notice and explanation to be given . He is saying , it is a long process. By transferring the application will help in filing again and can attend interview. Is this possible . Can we trust that Quote Link to comment
