Later, I had legal name change in India, got my passport with new name by following proper procedures. how do I notify/apply the name change to USA(I have SSN & other stuff with old name). does it required to be notified to USA? if yes what would be the process to update name change? Now I have applied H1B with new Name. does my name change affect the H1B process? please share & suggest if anyone gone through this situation. Quote Link to comment
