Manoj Kumar M Posted May 6 Report Share Posted May 6 Hello everyone, I have an H1B petition approved in the year of 2017 from my previous employer but I haven't got a chance to do a visa stamping yet. Now I want to understand is my Petition still valid and can I go for stamping if my present employer is willing to sponsor/send me to USA for work?
