H1b(Company-A) to F1b(cpt) to H1b(Company-B) During 6th year with PERM.

Hi.

Can I change status from H1b(Company-A left only 5month for max-out) to F1 visa(1year) and then to H1b(employer-B) without going to H1b Lottery? 

Or should I transfer H1b from Company A to B then do the change of status to F1?

Will the new employer(company-B) able to use the pending perm( of company-A) if it is pending more than 365 days ? For getting 1 years of H1b extension.

If not, then I-140 process may take 1.5 to 2 years(PWD+Advertisement+PERM) which cannot done within 5month even if I find the new employer.

If I find the employer who will start GC, I-140. Is it mandatory to transfer H1b before I change status to F1 ? Or it is not necessary. If So, will it impact my H1b continuation with new employer(when filing i-140) at the time of F1 to H1b status change if my previous employer revoke/withdraws it ? as I will be no more working with previous employer.
