H1b amendment - Primary employer is the same but end client, project and location changed

My employer is the same but project, client and location changed to a different state. Can you please clarify if amendment needs to be filed before I should start working on the project?

Different state will have a different MSA.  Is this remote work or you will be moving there? This is material change and you will need an amendment filed, before you start working and change your address on your paystub.  Good Luck.

Thank you for the reply. It is temporarily remote until I can relocate and I have already started working on the new project. Will the LCA wage be effective only when I move?
