However, as someone who is currently on an H1b visa, I am uncertain about the legality of this decision and any potential issues that could arise when it comes time to file for a green card. I was wondering if anyone has any experience or knowledge regarding running short-term rentals on an H1b visa and if there are any specific regulations or guidelines that I should be aware of.
