Approved i-140 (Aug-2013) but Petitioner not exists

hi Team,

My i-140 was approved back in Aug-2013 with priority date Dec 10, 2012. but the Company filed my Petition is no more Exists, 

what all the Possibilities of getting my GC. 

do i need to apply for Lottery ? or am i Eligible to H1-B with Approved i-140 ? am i eligible to file GC counsellor process ?  

please help to get this Answer.

You may be able to retain the Priority date.
