dreams11
Hi Friends, My H1 is approved in April 2011. I haven't received my pay stub yet. To apply H4 for my husband, who is on F1 (OPT - expiring June 2011), which documents are required to file I-539? I am aware about the following documents: a copy of my approved H-1, I-94, job letter a copy of our marriage certificate a copy of my husband's I-20s, EAD Do I need to send my paystub? Is there any other documents required? Thanks Link to comment
Attorney_13
Paystubs are provided as evidence that the H1B holder is maintaining their H1B status. Please consult directly with a qualified immigration attorney to discuss documentationthat may be provided. Link to comment
