I plan yo go to india and then return with her in a month. will she be able to get a new i-94 for another 6 months while re-entry to USA. She lives alone and I cannot apply her Green card yet as i am not a citizen yet. Quote Link to comment

pontevecchio Posted March 17, 2023 Report Share Posted March 17, 2023 It is most probable that she gets a shorter duration of stay. There is a very small risk of being denied entry. It would be prudent to have her stay away for a longer time. On the other hand, she may find a sympathetic CBP Officer though I would not hold my breath. Patience is a virtue. Quote Link to comment
