If i want to reapply. Am i quota exempt? impotant to note that i never have travelled outside of india yet. what are the ways i could proceed to ensure i can procure h1b. i am 43 yr old data storage techie on the infrastructure side of things. whiskeyjack Posted March 15, 2023 Report Share Posted March 15, 2023 By strict wording of the laws you are not cap-exempt, but we are not in a dystopia that laws automatically enforce themselves. USCIS had records considering people like you as cap-exempt, and so I’d say it’s worth a try. Quote Link to comment

If you have an employer willing to transfer this H1b then give it a shot. Also get into this year's lottery registration expiring Noon of March 17th, as a backup. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
