AnilMehta Posted February 24 Report Share Posted February 24 Need expert opinion if it is a good idea to nominate H1 for a person with below situation 1) Person's GC is initiated under Family GC category 2) Person F1 is approved and planned to travel in August 2023 3) person recently got his B2 approved Would it is confusing on why H1 is being initiated when recently F1 is approved ?
