MM20 Posted February 21, 2023 Report Share Posted February 21, 2023 Hi, I applied for H1b last year(March 2022) and got picked up in lottery. Submitted documents > got RFE > answered the RFE. My case status changed to "Case is being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" on November 28, 2022 and is still on the same status. I want to know if I can apply for H1b(lottery) this year through a different employer, while my last year's case is still active. Will it have any negative impact on my last year's case?
