Sriram Swaminathan Posted February 10 Report Share Posted February 10 Hello recently i have been charged with dui in indiana usa i have my case court hearing on 6th March for this i case i have hired a Attroney to defend me he told that he will do best for me insted of pleading guilty. So my question is still i am in school i will graduate by December if i take summer sem if not i will graduate by may 2024 so what are the chances of getting opt if i graduate in December 2023 or may 2024 If i found guilty will i get my opt approved!? Will i face any hurdles regards my opt approval! My Attroney told he will try his best to dismiss the case if not he gonna reduce it for lesser offense So can anyone tell me will i get my opt approved!? Moreover i have studied so many articles saying just an arrest can revoke visa so in ky case i haven't got any mail or sms so assume if it happened what are the chances of getting new visa i mean if i travel when in school!?
