Is my EAD valid for 180 day or 540 days extension?

Hi. I got my EAD approved in Sep,2022 and it expired on Dec, 2022 because I94 expiry date was Dec. However after that I travelled and now my I94 is extended. When do I need to apply for my renewal. Do I fall under 180 day or 540 day extension now? I am not working.
