DKM123
As my process for green card is initiated, I am required to submit a notary signed by my parents for the name difference in my indian passport ( which has my full name )and indian birth certificate( where I have only first name ) . My question is for my parents to sign for the notary they will have to be present in india before the officer , but they are in USA with me , so would it be ok if I get it notarized in USA.
