Ravindran Posted February 5 Report Share Posted February 5 Was working at California location till May 2022 (H1 valid from June 2022 to June 2023). I'm remote worker. Moved to NJ in July 2022 and an amendment for location change was filed through employer in July 2022 and approved in Jan 2023. The paystubs generated between the period July 2022 and Jan 2023 were for the California location as I was told the new address at NJ can be updated only after the amendment approval. Now I'll be filing for an H1 extension, please let me know if there will be a problem with paystubs pointing to the old location. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System Posted February 6 Report Share Posted February 6 After filing for amendment and receiving receipt notice, the paystub address could have been changed (approval is not needed). In fact an amendment + extension could have been filed at the same time in July 2022. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
