srinath0199 Posted January 31, 2023 Report Share Posted January 31, 2023 Hi, My i94 had a a annotation as "L2S", and my Visa is about to expiry in month of Jun, when we apply for a extension of Visa, do we need to apply for EAD also? or Does my I94 already says L2S, no need of EAD application? please sugguest. newacct Posted February 2, 2023 Report Share Posted February 2, 2023 L2 spouses are authorized to work without an EAD, and an I-94 that says "L2S" is proof of work authorization for the I-9. There is no need to get an EAD. Quote Link to comment
