srinath0199 Posted January 31 Report Share Posted January 31 Hi, My i94 had a a annotation as "L2S", and my Visa is about to expiry in month of Jun, when we apply for a extension of Visa, do we need to apply for EAD also? or Does my I94 already says L2S, no need of EAD application? please sugguest. newacct Posted February 2 Report Share Posted February 2 L2 spouses are authorized to work without an EAD, and an I-94 that says "L2S" is proof of work authorization for the I-9. There is no need to get an EAD. Quote Link to comment
