Ravishankarbs
Hello, This is Ravi and I am currently working in H1b Visa in US. I accepted an offer from Employer A, and they are in mid of my H1b visa transfer process. They have already filed LCA and would've filed petition already or would be filing it very soon. I received better offer from Employer B with better role. Here are my question. 1. Shall I reject the offer from Employer A in mid of Visa transfer and accept Employer B offer since I haven't joined Employer A yet ? 2. Is there any legal complications involved in this situation, does Employer A could create any issue with me ? Their offer letter doesn't mention anything about the legalities when backing out their offer. 3. Would there be any chance my visa transfer in Employer B would be rejected because of another visa transfer from Employer A in progress ? 4. Should I wait until visa transfer from Employer A is complete and then intimate them about denying their offer ? Kindly advice. Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
If you want to join Employer B, please inform Employer A immediately and stop him from spending thousands of dollars on your recruitment/transfer. It will avoid future complications. Employer A can withdraw the LCA, which he has already filed. Good Luck. Edited January 17, 2023 by Zodiac System Quote Link to comment
