Incorrectly used the petition number on the newest I-797 in DS-160

I seek advice on a situation i am currently in.

My current active I-797A is valid until May-2023

Newest inactive I-797A starts from May-2023 to November 2026(My employer filed the extension)

My dropbox appointment is done on 4th January and I submitted all the documents, including a copy of the active and inactive I-797A

I might have incorrectly used the petition or receipt number from the newest inactive I-797A in DS-160. My passport is still with embassy. Is this a concern? Do you recommend contacting the US embassy to rectify this if it requires correction?
