Travel to USA with my mother diagonsed with Dementia

Hi,

My mother has a valid B2 Tourist visa till 2025. But she has been diagonsed with moderate to severe Dementia. 
I sponsored her Visa. Myself and my sister both are US citizens.

My sister is currently in India and would like to bring my mother to USA to stay with us.

Would my mother's health condition make her admissable to USA under B2 Visitor visa??
Can someone share their experience if they went thru this?

The first paragraph in the below link is what is causing the concern and not sure how to handle if my mother is not allowed into USA at the port of entry??

You mother will be ok.  You just have to convince the immigration authority that she will not be a threat to anyone.
