H1-B Cycle Reset for 6 years

I am been in USA since Sep-2012 to Aug-2016, I went back to india for a personnel reasons. and had a visa till Sep-2018.

However I could not return to the USA with in Sep-2018 and had to to H1-B Cap Exempt transfer and got back to the USA in July-2022.

My question, Am I still continuing my cycle of 6 years of H1-B. or the cycle has reset now?

Your cycle is still continuing till you complete 6 years inside US.  Please request your employer to start your GC-I-140 process immediately.  Good Luck.
