Viswa Rams Posted November 11, 2022 Report Share Posted November 11, 2022 I have filed I-539 (Spouse) and I-539A (for Kids) to extend the H4 Status via Paper Filing with $370 feebefore 15 days of Expiry and Awaiting response. I have proof of Package Delivered and yet to obtain Receipt Number from USCIS.I am left with 12 more calendar days for Petition Expiry and 22 days for I-94 Expiry.....however for my both Petition and I-94 will expire in 12 days.1) Please advise whether will it get through (or) 2) Can I file Individually again via online (2nd time) by paying each $370 if I don't get a response in a week.
