H1B Petitioner name printed wrong on I-797C

We recently filed an I-129 in H1B classification. In that, there was a typographical error by USCIS in petitioner's name in I-797C. 

What can we do make a request to fix the USCIS error?

The typographical error correction form asks for Petitioner's First name, last name and Date of Birth. Those are mandatory fields. Petitioner is the company name. How can it have First Name and Last Name, and Date of Birth?

Is there any other way that we can request to correct the error?

My company filed on its own. They don't have an attorney. It is a small company of 2 employees. One of those 2 is I.

Your company HR or yourself can try going to USCIS Govt. website and request a name correction.  Good Luck.

For the typographic fix form at USCIS.gov, it is asking for First name, Last Name and Date Of Birth. The petitioner i.e., the company doesn't have first name and last name and Date Of Birth. What can we fill in that?

Put company name in the first name and last name, and its incorporation date as its date of birth.
