Minimum stay in Australia before applying e3 Visa?

Hello all,

I recently got Australia citizenship (a month ago) and I would like to apply for E3 visa for USA opportunities.

I have an offer in hand from USA and LCA as well.  But my question is what’s the probability of success as it’s a month old citizenship , case officer might think that I am intentionally moving to USA,

 

I do have my own house in Australia and my kids are staying in Australia as well. 

is there any minimum stay/period in Australia before pursuing USA opportunities. 

Pls advice on minimum stay.

Australian Citizens are allowed to live anywhere they choose and work wherever they are able to. Some Tax Implications are involved.

The law does not generally require any minimum length of residence in Australia to apply for an E-3 Visa.
