Transit through Frankfurt with AP

Advance parole allows you to travel back to the United States without applying for a visa. Airlines can accept an advance parole document instead of a visa as proof that you are authorized to travel to the United States. An advance parole document does not determine whether the parolee may transit through a third country, only whether the parolee will be permitted to reenter the United States.

Every case is different. Therefore, prior to taking any specific action it is advisable to speak with an experienced U.S. immigration attorney as there are nuances to any situation and approach. https://www.murthy.com/client-services/hire-us/

I am travelling from USA to India for one month vacation. I have valid AP but don't have valid USA visa. Can I transit through Frankfurt while returning back with this "Advance Parole"? Please advise.

hi did you get the tranist visa or not? I am going to India from SFO, via Amsterdam. Do I need to get a transit Visa?
