Sid29 Posted October 28, 2022 Report Share Posted October 28, 2022 Hi, I am on H1B visa with Perm application in processing ( submitted to DOL). My H1b Visa is expiring and maxing out in July 2023. I am in a situation where i need to change job. Is it possible for me to change my job and still maintain the status to continue to live and work in the US, given that my Perm and I-140 has not been processed yet and with just 7 months left before i max out on H1B.
